Everyone was extremely kind and vet tech was extremely helpful. Doctor was thorough and my dogs itch is going away. Thank goodness! Very professional group and would highly recommend.

The entire staff was so kind, but I especially want to highlight Courtney. She was one of the people who cared for my very anxious pup, and she treated him with so much kindness and patience. She also made me feel extremely comfortable over the phone, answered all of my questions, and even told me I could call her back if I needed anything else. Both this location and the Binford location had some of the sweetest staff I’ve dealt with. When we picked our pup up, Courtney took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was done and what we needed to know afterward. We never felt left out of the process — honestly, she explained everything so well that it almost felt like we had been there with him the entire time. I was SO anxious bringing him in today, and Courtney really helped calm my nerves and made the experience so much easier. On top of the amazing care, everything was very affordable. We paid a little under $1,100 for the entire procedure, including extractions, which we were very happy with. I’m extremely grateful for Courtney and the rest of the staff for taking such good care of our pup.

The whole staff is always very nice and caring for my dog Murphy. I’ve been coming to you guys for a long time including my previous Bassett so that hopefully shows my dedication to your practice.

Charged $220 for an ear infection (and that was after I had to remind them of the discount for initial visits). I asked them to treat one ear that was infected and they tested and charged to assess both ears when I did not want that. They put in some medicine, however I cannot confirm nor deny as they did it not under my supervision. Then my dogs ear infection came right back. This clinic was unclear and not upfront with prices and sneak in little fees to charge you with.
